A fair and equitable programme, built around the individual
Every Coach 1st outplacement participant receives the same core programme. What differs is the person, not the level of support they are entitled to.
What every participant receives;
• Five hours of one to one coaching with a dedicated, ICF accredited coach
• Six months of programme access, from first contact through to job outcome or beyond
• Coach matching within 48 hours of referral, with first contact within 24 hours after that
• Full continuity of coach throughout the programme, unless the participant requests otherwise
• Free access to Outplacement Achieve, our specialist online outplacement support platform, for the full six months
• CV, interview, and job search support tailored to the individual, not a template
How the programme runs
Weeks 1 to 2: Coach matching and first contact. The participant is matched with their coach within 48 hours of referral. First contact follows within 24 hours.
Weeks 2 to 12: Core coaching. Five hours of one to one coaching delivered flexibly across this period, covering career direction, CV and application materials, interview preparation, networking strategy, and confidence building. Sessions are paced to the individual, not a fixed weekly slot.
Weeks 12 to 26: Independent job search with ongoing platform access. The participant continues to use the Achieve platform and retains a route back to their coach if needed, while actively job seeking.
Beyond 26 weeks: No one left behind. If a participant has not yet secured a role, there is a clear route back to support. The organisation is not charged again, and the participant is not left without help.

• Insolvency and administration processes, where speed and dignity both matter
• Voluntary exit and settlement agreement support
• Any organisation that wants to offer outplacement fairly across every level of the business, not just senior staff
The commercial model
One flat fee of £300 per participant.
No tiering by seniority, no hidden extras, no additional charge if a participant needs longer than six months to secure a role.
