What happens when you get in touch
1. Initial conversation. We discuss the size and nature of your programme, timelines, and any specific needs.
2. Proposal and terms. A clear, flat fee proposal at £300 per participant, with no tiering and no hidden costs.
3. Coach matching. Once confirmed, each participant is matched with their coach within 48 hours, with first contact within 24 hours after that, and given full access to Achieve, our specialist online outplacement support platform.
4. Ongoing reporting. Regular updates on engagement and outcomes across your cohort, so you can evidence the support you have provided.
Delivery capacity
Coach 1st is built around personal, accredited coaching, not a call centre model, but this does not limit the scale of programme we can support. For larger cohorts, additional accredited coaches are brought in under Stuart Blake's direct oversight, so every participant still receives the same standard of one to one coaching and the same access to Achieve, our specialist online outplacement support platform, regardless of the size of your programme.
Confidentiality and data protection
All participant data is handled in line with UK GDPR requirements. Coaching sessions are confidential between the coach and the participant, and no individual coaching content is shared with the referring organisation without the participant's consent. Reporting to your organisation covers engagement and outcomes at cohort level, not the content of individual sessions.
